Christmas Wedding at The Ravenswood | Chloe and Josh

Chloe and Josh’s Christmas wedding at The Ravenswood in West Sussex was absolutely amazing!

Reindeer, Father Christmas, Christian Louboutin shoes, an amazing party, an emotional ‘first look’ with Dad, fantastic speeches, a brilliant bouquet toss, and lots more…

They’ve always loved Christmas, and every year go all out on Christmas decorations at home so it seemed only natural to go for a big christmas theme for their wedding.

They chose The Ravenswood mainly because of the fire places! As Chloe put it “In my head i wanted to get married in front of a big fireplace, and then we just fell in love with the whole venue”.

The fireplace in the Baronial Hall, where the ceremony took place makes everything so warm and cosy and completes the christmas theme. There really was no other choice for them!

They were most looking forward to the “I do’s” and the party, and what a party it was!!

They were also especially looking forward having a santas grotto set up in The Little Castle outside (which was kept a secret to surprise everyone). With its stone walls, side windows and stunning opening it was a perfect location to meet Santa. Everyone loved it – even the ‘adults’!

And… if that wasn’t Christmassy enough, there were two reindeer with a sled too!

Foodwise, they had three large canapés during the drinks reception, with Prosecco and Peroni welcome drinks. The wedding breakfast was a three course sit down meal, with red wine and Prosecco.

In the evening they had ‘picky’ food… a sweet/cupcake table, and a chocolate fountain (something Chloe and Josh were really excited to have – who doesn’t love chocolate!).
