How I Work Intro

the andy kerr PHOTOGRAPHY experience!

Naturally, you want amazing photos from your wedding.

Photos that capture the real you and bring back the emotions of your day every time you look at them!

But… I want you to have a fantastic experience as well – from the first point of contact right through to your wedding day, and afterwards too.

So I came up with everything I could think of that will make things more amazing for you… easier… stress free, and give you the most incredible photos!

Things that’ll make you want to boast to all of your friends and family about!

I’m not the kind of photographer that just takes your booking and turns up on the day, without any contact in between. That’s completely the opposite of what I want you to have.

Here are just some of the things I do to make the whole experience really special for you…

Your Reveal Celebration

Picture this…

Fast forward to after the wedding. The day was a blast!

You and your love cannot wait to see all of the photographs to re-live the memories from your day!

FINALLY – The day arrives for you come in to see all of your artwork at your Reveal Session!

You walk into my studio with anticipation and joy! Your heart is racing… As you enter the room, there’s an entire area dedicated to you, your love, and the people who matter most to you.

Your photographs aren’t just loose prints. These pieces of art are professional quality prints. Matted. Framed. Waiting for you to hold them.

You slowly walk over to them, trying to take it all in, as the entire day comes rushing back to you.

This is easily the best part of the Andy Kerr Photography Experience.

Not only will you see all of your photographs as artwork, but we’ll finalise and order your Wedding Album that day!

There’ll be bubbly (non-alcoholic if preferred) and nibbles too.

This session is an amazing way to celebrate your marriage and to re-live your wedding day… to see all of the special moments that tell the story of your wedding – as well as the ones you missed in the blur of the day!

I’ll get the tissues ready – it’s going to be emotional!!

I limit myself to 25 weddings a year

To give you the experience that I would want to have if I hired a photographer, I limit myself to only 25 weddings a year.

There’s a whole bunch of things that I do for every one of my couples to make the whole experience amazing for you, very often in the background. Too many weddings would mean that I don’t have enough time to do this for you.

I never photograph weddings on successive days

I give you nothing less than 100% at your wedding, so I never photograph weddings back to back. Weddings are physically and mentally demanding to photograph and I want to make sure I turn up for your wedding fully refreshed and ready to give you my absolute best.

Wedding planning guide

I wanted to make life easier for you so I wrote a 50 page wedding planning guide that I give you instant access to, with all of the key information in one place.

It’ll save you time, give you lots of great ideas, let you know what you need to do, is full of handy tips, and helps you plan your day. I’m pretty proud of it!

I scope your venue shortly before your wedding

You want the best photos from your wedding day, and time on your wedding day is precious.

That’s why, a couple of weeks before your wedding day, I visit the venue (even if I know it well) to see where the light is most flattering at the time of day and year when your ceremony, your group photos, and your couples photos will take place.

The benefit… you’ll get better photos, in the best light, with the best backgrounds.

It also means that I’ll notice any recent changes to the venue, ensuring that there won’t be any time wasted on your day caused by me having to think of a new plan on the spot! I’ll know the perfect locations to give you amazing photos!

This makes sure you get the best results, in the shortest amount of time possible, and that you spend more time with your guests and still get photos you’ll love.
