They married at Guildford Register Office, surrounded by loved ones, then celebrated at Hilltop Kitchen, a charming restaurant perched on a hill with breathtaking views across the Surrey countryside.

As a Hilltop Kitchen wedding photographer, I loved how this day did things completely their own way.

Ash waited for Chiara with a big smile, and the room was full of people who love them.

Their vows were full of laughter and real emotion.

From the register office, everyone headed up the hill for confetti on the lawn and a celebration with views to match.

Ash and Chiara’s infectious energy shone through every detail, right down to heart-shaped sunglasses on the tables.

Everyone was delighted by the food. Each dish was beautifully crafted using local ingredients.

For their portraits, we had a pale blue vintage car and those incredible hilltop views to play with.

As the sun began to set over the rolling Surrey hills, we found a quiet spot by the gate.
