Roxy & Duncan’s Wild, Wonderful Wedding at Hartsfield Manor

What a brilliant wedding! And what a crazy one too… “Wild” was how Hartsfield Manor described Roxy and Duncan’s day!

Everyone had such a fantastic time. It was an amazing mix of happiness, relaxing on the rear terrace, partying and celebrating, all helped along by Roxy and Duncan’s infectious sense of humour.

When I asked them what they were most looking forward to, saying “I do”, seeing their friends and family and the grandeur of the day were top of the list.

As a Hartsfield Manor wedding photographer, I can tell you they got all three.

A Lilac Colour Scheme

Roxy’s favourite colour is lilac, so it ran right through the day. The bouquets, the cake, the flowers on the tables, the bows on the chairs, the bridesmaids’ dresses and even the pocket squares in the guys’ suits.

A First Look with Dad on the Grand Staircase

Roxy loved the grand staircase at Hartsfield Manor, so it just had to be the location for her first look with her dad.

An Outdoor Ceremony to Wow the Guests

Roxy and Duncan really wanted their outdoor ceremony to wow their guests, and it absolutely did.

As the guests sat in front of the pergola, Roxy appeared from the manor house with her dad. The gardens were in full bloom, and the flower girls scattered petals as they walked down the red carpet towards Duncan, who was waiting with the biggest grin on his face.

All of this was accompanied by a brilliant pianist.

Portraits and a Bit of Larking About

Hartsfield Manor has amazing grounds front and back, and the views across the hills from the rear terrace are stunning. We were spoilt for choice.

It’s fair to say there was a bit of larking about, too!

Drinks on the Terrace

Champagne and canapés were served on the terrace, before a big group photo in front of the manor house.

Wedding Breakfast and Speeches

The wedding breakfast had an options-based menu, “to cater for our fussy guests”!

The speeches were full of laughter, and there were a few happy tears too.

A Wild, Wonderful Wedding at Hartsfield Manor

Roxy and Duncan’s day was grand, emotional and an awful lot of fun.
